Default Jerking from cold

Recently the car has began jerking when driving along. I have this in all gears and from cold.

I'm thinking this is possibly a problem with the MAF but shall await words of wisdom from others

When exactly does it do it, and does it go away?

There is a guide in the Tech FAQ

It's jerking during the entire drive from cold to parking. There doesn't appear to be any on WOT, however.

It feels similar to heat soak but not quite as violent in the jerking motion.

Ian I will try your suggestion tomorrow.

Most likely candidates are the MAP or lambda sensor, but tricky to tell...

you could always try just resetting the ECU as well if the MAP whack doesn't work
