Default Large hole ?

Anyone else got 2 large holes on the rear bumper where the number plate lights are ?

I went to Horizon Honda, and was told that it was a standard feature due to number plates being different sizes ??

Also, I've got a set of 2000/2001 OEM floor mats if anyone's interested.

Cheers
Rich

I found these holes a few months ago when I was cleaning the car.

Since I hadn't noticed them before, I had had the S2000 for over a year at that time, I was worried that a cover had fallen off.

I phoned Honda and they assured me that there is no cover to the lamps.

I agree it is a bit weird since water is free to get into that space where the lights are. Surely this must increase the chance of corrosion and rust.
