Enlighten me - what is 'non-ionic'?

What is ionic water, is it like distilled water? I seen it in shops labelled as being for irons to stop limescaling so I guess you don't get no watermarks when its used for cars.

Exactly. jet wash as normal then spray with distilled/non-ionic water then to blast away any traces of water!!
