Guys,
Just a warning about the M20! Its a notoriously fast motorway if there is such a thing? Because of it general 3-4 lanes all the way and type of car you do get on it. There is some serious speed done at times of over 130mph and a guy was recently caught doing 147mph!! In a MR2 Turbo. There are loads of Police Volvo T5's moving about all the time too often hiding on the slip roads joining the motorway ready for you to come canning it past. Just a word of advise.
Cheers

Hi Muller
Yeah it was a great weekend, the boot rack does look odd at first but it does allow you to put all the camping gear on it and all the wine in the boot
So do you own the yellow house? or were you just staying there?
We are already talking of going again next year. I think we will camp in the same place but watch the start from Malsanne as the cars slow down there so you can see them, then move on to Arnage which I thought was a great place to watch, then as the evening comes on drive round to Terte Rouge and go for a wander round the rest.
This was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Keep well

i wos there. silver s2000 in technopark (baby), along with blue cobra (yes, the s2000 was a lot quicker, but the cobra attracted the women!).
also in technopark were 15squillion danes, who kindly let us watch the england/denmark match with them.
we also got nicked on the way back (well the cobra did - i hit the brakes hard); 186kph cost about

Graybloke was there too...
Took the comfy option by staying off site in a nice, but insect infested Gite, 30 mins south of the circuit.
Managed to get to the Mulsanne straight by avoiding Plod and the French army, for an awesome speed experience.
Arnarge corner is without doubt the finest spectator corner if you know how to get the free bus, and don't need to hurry back as it makes a complete circuit of the track and takes the best part of an hour!
Had a meal in Arnarge on Sat night, which was quite fun, watching all the posing, cruising and general hooning about. Spoke to a guy in a black S2000 who was unaware of the forum. Maybe we'll see him here soon.
Great drive back setting off at 07.30 on Monday, taking it steady in convoy with my friends Alfa Zagato! what a cool machine, and quite rare now.
Only real problem of the whole trip was scorching petrol when you really need it
, and clambering over the passenger seat at toll booths ( I was one up on the return journey)
Definitely go again, a unique experience
