Default LOCKABLE FUEL CAP

With petrol having the value of liquid gold it wouldn't take much for a thieving oik to lever open the flap and nick the stuff.
Is it worth it, is it possible to fit a locking cap?

Not my definition of "motion lotion" that

I'm sure it'd be pretty easy to put a lock on your fuel flap, but would you really like the sight of one on there? and if someone is going to lever it open then they are going to do more damage it you've secured it better.

THey lever open the flap and then see a locking cap. They will probably then kick the car in frustration - even more damage!

or drill the fuel tank. I work on the principle of 'If they want it they'll get it'. That goes both ways though (baseball bat under bed lol)!

I heard stories about it happening to people when prices were this high last year.

When it hits/passes 110p a litre soon, dare i say it'll be happening a lot more!

Wonder how much v-power will be!?

To be honest I wouldnt give a toss about losing £20 in fuel I'd be more annoyed about my fuel cap being destroyed or tank drilled.

Its more common to have the diesel tank emptied.

Not many pikeys have a requirement for V-Power in their fairground generators.

You're robbed of far more money when you put the fuel in the tank.
