Low Mileage Engine as Replacment?
Was just wandering around Ebay and found this...

Seems like a good idea for anyone who has run their S into the high mileage club, and cant afford to buy a new one.
Just a heads up though

More hassle than it is worth IMHO. Its not just the engine that does the mileage.
If you got the space and the right gear its not hard really.
Swapped one myself once and helpped on 2 others.
Honda's run and run ive took 3 past 120,000 before the S.
Nope, never tried - that's why in my opinion it is more hassle - my opinion might change if i ever try changing an engine!
Hondas do run and run - that's part of my point, ya dont need to swap a Hond Engine, plus it isnt JUST the engine which has done lots of mileage if you are swapping it
I think we are almost agreeing

radron (ron) has done an s2000 engine replacement
as ade said, swaps are not too difficult with the space and gear - it also really helps if you are transplanting all the ancillaries at the same time
the other problem is that many engines are factory fitted from below - not so easy in your lock up
