Lpg
Has anyone considered/looked into the possiblity of installing LPG into the beloved S2000.
I ask because the garage near me has just started to sell LPG. Less than half the price of Petrol.
I have a friend who converted his Toyota Celica. He has had no problems at all and you really can't notice a drop in performance. Not that I need performance that much in the daily crawl to work. I think I'd have to switch to Petrol for the compulsory skank over the country roads.
I also know somebody who converted their FTO with no problems.

Anyone got an opinion or details

My mate (who was with us at SM2 in his Boxster) employs around 350 people and has a big fleet of vehicles, ALL of which are now duel fuel. They even have their own tank and filling facilities. I've driven a couple of Volvos of theirs and couldn't detect any difference in performance switching between the two (but the what do I know about Volvos)
From what I've seen, you'd have a hell of a job getting an LPG tank into and S2000

"This isn't fact" but as far as I know petrol lubricates your engine internals, but LPG doesn't as it is gas and on a engine like ours I wouldn't even think about it, let alone worry about the boot space!!!

As for boot space, surely that would depend on how big of tank you went for. A 60 litre tank is about 900x300 mm. Now that's probably too big for the S2000 boot (no problem in my mates Toyota Celica though and in that FTO link I posted) but what about getting one half the size. 30 litres would be enough to get me to work and back a few times before I needed to fill up.
