Hope so, but interesting point... this year the French have cracked down further on speeding. Over 110 mph (can't remember what that translates to) they regard as serious and will ban you from driving in France for 30 days, effective immediately (failure to comply is a custodial sentence!). Therefore, if you don't have a passenger who can drive, you're in a big of trouble!

Also, up to 110 will bring a fine of about

Don't forget to keep and eye on tyre pressures - 32psi all round when cold.

Had mine 10 weeks now, luv it even more

Cheers for the tips - will be checking the oil regularly & will look for those 32psi tyre pressures! And removing the airbox for MORE noise? Excellent - I may well try that!

As for the power, I think it's reasonable for 1,000 miles. Anyway, need to re-adjust to a RWD car after getting so used to the wonderful CTR!

MMmmmmmm..... 5 days in France from tomorrow. Can't wait
