Default Modifry

I only just placed an order for the modifry elastic roof fix and the wind deflector camera mount. The total came to $100 with shipping and i was more than happy with this price for the two items i wanted. I wanted a bolted camera mount because at the last trackday with my brother the marshals wouldn't accept any camera's unless they were bolted to the car and this included internal ones.

Got an email for modifry this morning refunding me $20 of my postage because it worked out cheaper than first expected. What amazing service! its not often people own up to cheaper postage charges so i was very happy to give him a thumbs up!

Pooh. I was just about to order the roof straps. Could have sent then in one package. Let us know how you get on with them.

Modify are great. Their service prompted me to post a similar thread a couple of years back.

Their products are fantastic too. I have a modifry windshield camera mount, dash control interface, glove box organiser and custom dash bracket. Each product, IMHO was a really good buy.

I have the dash mount for phone, wind deflector mount for camera and magnetic seat belt lock. Great service, great price and simple but great products.

Has anyone tried the adjustable power steering mod on his site? I might give that a go. Looks interesting.

Interesting is one word for it Gary!
Love Bobs disclaimer for the mod

Wouldn't a simpler way be to change the speed refernce given to the EPS, as I thought the steering 'weight' modulated with the vehicle speed?

"Big Fat Warning and Disclaimer

This is a potentially dangerous mod and not recommended unless you are confident in your wiring skills and willing to accept the risk involved, specifically, the possibility of sudden failure of the electric power steering. Errors in wiring, loose or bad connections, faulty components, or other unforeseen problems related to this mod could cause the power steering system to fail or to suddenly steer the car into harms way without driver input. Even if this mod is professionally and carefully installed that will not guarantee it's safety or reliability. Modifry Products, LLC and Robert Baust (aka "modifry") accept no responsibility if you attempt this mod.

If you are stupid enough to do this mod you are on your own."

edit: Forgot to mention, I also agree re top service from Bob
