Default Modifry DCI

Well I had my DCI for a month and it died, went through the process of checking it all the wiring out (electronics tech by trade) so I could be certain it was the DCI and emailed bob at modify, and still no reply.

Unfortunately, a death in the family, and myself then having an accident and having to have surgery prevented me chasing this up for a few months. so I have Emailed bob again and no reply

So my options, are return the DCI (but get no reply) or buy another, trouble is I got the Modify DCI because I could skip tracks and the speed controlled volume, is there anything else what can do this?

Really annoyed....

I hav found that removing the circuit board from the connector for a few mins resets it to factory default.
Found this out after mine locked up a couple of times.

yeah I took it out the car for a few days and put it back in today and it still is not working.

All the leads to the DCI check out fine so it has to be the DCI, a real shame as it sounded like a good bit of kit.

So I need another option SCV sounded good and I like that I could skip tracks from the remote.... is there anyone making another with these features?

Further Update: Received the DCI today, plugged it in and works brilliantly.

A big thank you to Bob for his support on resolving the matter, he has been great since he has been in touch. I appreciate we all get bogged under with work sometimes and he was simply behind. When he came to deal with my problem he dealt swiftly and efficiently.

I would recommend this product wholeheartedly, not many people have problems with this product, and Bob ensured my problem was resolved quickly as possible. This is easly the best and most functional DCI for the S2000.
