Default Mot

Yesterday my car had it's first MOT

.... and the dealer did this to my car:

I completely forgot about this before I took the car in otherwise I would have sorted it out myself before hand

Now fixed

To make things worse my courtesy car was a Jazz, a poofy blue Jazz:

I had to drive to the gym in this

When the car was in I also had the geometry re-done. I was surprised at how much the settings had changed since the last time I had it done. The car now feels a little strange .... a bit lighter at both the front and the back. I suppose that I will get used to it.

Steven my car's geometry feels well out. MrV, Vixen, Dreamer and Neil955 have all seen the affect on my rear tyresand I reckon it wasn't laser aligned properly after the work done back in December.

She goes in for an exam by Honda on the 24th Hope I get a loaner of a CTR rather than a Jazz

Steven et al bikers...

as a side note - my bike failed its MOT - because i had the rear pegs on, plus the seat hump. Tis now not an allowed combination.... fuk wits, one must remove pegs or replace hump with rear seat to pass...

btw - did yer car pass MOT with the HKS on it?

I am driving about in a Jazz at the moment and whilst is is no ball of fire, I quite like it. I regularly hire a car to drive home from LHR and over the last few weeks have tested the delights of a Pug 106 (truely appauling, shocking, loathsome heap of shite), Fiesta diesel (suprisingly OK, pulls OK to about 3500rpm and then all additional rev's expended on making noise rather than accelerating the car!!!!) Corsa (shite, but I knew it was going to be) Clio (no too awful) - the Jazz feels so much better than all of these - it's huge inside and even the base model I have is reasonably well equiped and nicely finished.

I'm thinking about getting a private plate for my S to go with my initials I have found at a bargin price the plate S2K CK. The cars a Jap import so I assume I'll have the square plates. I want the plate to read:

S2K or S2k CK (if the plate is normal shape)
CK

Will this be leagl or should it read:

S2 or S2 KCK
KCK

Steven, at least they changed the plates over for you. NW refused to do mine unless I provided the V5! As I was over 100 miles away working I couldn't just pop by and drop it off! So I had to pick it up at the end of the week, change them myself and then take it back. Most upset.
