Default MOT!

passed with flying colours
as per usual for a honda. 76k, 1999 JDM.

slight cockup at the station though, they used the front wing to lift the car slightly and have slightly creased the drivers wing, about 1/2 way up the rear edge of the arch. it goes from the edge of the arch, 2" into the wing. no paint flaked or creased metal, just bent iykwim.
a panel beater should be able to fix it 100%.

so, do we have a favorite in the west midlands (coventry more specifically)?
i know the guy at chips-away is pretty damn good at stone chips but i've never seen him repair bent area's.
i'm not after extra repair, since i take my car there every year, plus the fact i worked there for 6years - they arent cowboys as was more a geniune mistake than incompetence.

Hi,
The guy I use is sh&t hot, I have used him on my Type-R and also on my S. I dropped a Childs seat on the side of my 4000 mile mint ep3 type-r and made a right mess of it but he got the lot out.
You may have to pop down the m6 to Cannock or Stafford but will be well worth it

be glad it's a 99 or you could have ended up paying almost 50p a mile in tax
