I ordered from Muz about the same time. No problems. Arrived on time. No tax. Suggest you PM Muz.

Mine took about a month to come as well, despite express shipping, I emailed Muz (sales@australia-goldcoast.com) about it and this was the reply I got:
"I have checked with the trimmers and they had a backorder with the supplier
on rubber backing which caused slight delays. I apologise sincerely for
this and want to inform you that your mats shipped yesterday and I should
have a tracking number from my shipping company tomorrow. You will have
them in your hands in just a few days. Once again, please accept my
apologies for the delay."

He was very quick to reply and there is not much he can do if the people that make them are holding him up, lets hope it's the same with you and they have just been sent, I got mine a day or two after his reply

And I got the same with the tax, nothing untill a month or 2 after the mats had arrived.

Thanks everyone that replied, I feel a lot more reassured now. Just one thought though, we shipped out the convicts in a shorter space of time than its taken for the mats to arrive. No offence Muz

Sure do. That's what International Courier option is. It's couriered to the country of destination and then goes into the postal service. That's why it's so cheap and why it takes longer than express shipping.
