Default My first service

Should i be worried about having my first service ? i have visited my local honda garages a few times now and its the first time my s2k is due a service. I don't fancy leaving the car with them but obvioulsy due to work conditions i fear i must depending upon the time scale ?

Is there any gaurantee that these clowns wont be abusing my car whilst i am away ? perhaps leave them just the valet key

i am about to ring around the few local places for some prices now

first service only takes 45min or so unless you've got some things you want them to look at. Probably booking it in first thing and waiting, only be an hour or so an dbe out of there by 9am if they start at 8.

so a yearly service then, about an hour and a half i think, though it's about the milage to start looking at pads needing changed so they might mention that after the service and change them there and then. Probably worth leaving it with them

cheers i will be leaving it with them, the local place is only 3 miles away and a friend can take me and collect the car easy enough just the part about them being free too test drive. If i check mileage and see if its done any more ? surely they don't need to test drive the car ?

not unusual for the mechanic to go for a turn round the block to check everything once they've made changes, few miles is acceptable more than that is joy riding.
