I decided to add a bit of colour with some red hoses and Colour coding my rocker box...

Standard Engine.


after fitting the red hoses it was time to remove the rocker box. (Removing the top cover and hoses.)


Removing Spark plug leads and other wiring

I am umming and rring whether to skimm the top off the top cover of the lettering to bring back the polished aluminum look what Do you think??

Too much Red

 

I have still got alot of bits to do it will level out when I am done

 

Personally i'd skim the plug cover, break things up a bit

 

I wouldn't have painted the plug cover red.

 

Like the rocker cover. That's it I'm afraid. Why not colour code with blue leads? Just my own opinion but red and lady boy blue don't go.

I love how that small lump produces so much power! I miss it

 

Bizzarre. Why go to all that effort to add red everything, and then remove the big red bit in the middle?

 

Looks like blood pumping around some clear pipes..

Sorry bud, but I think the red pipes draw attention to the parts you don't want to draw attention too, if that makes any sense?!

Rocker cover looks nice, I would of also left the spark plug cover black.

 

It wouldn't be my personal choice to gild the lily in that manner.

It is almost union jack
