I had some leaks on my new roof when fitted. The window doesn't fit snug against the rubber.

You can peel the rubber off and then adjust where the clips sit (about 5mm of play) and then replace the rubber.

You can also adjust the angle of the window by taking the door card off.

I've done both and it's sorted now.
is there a guide to either of these? they are both worth a go !

Nope!

Open the roof half way.

The rubber just pulls off, you'll need a flat bladed screw driver to push them back in.

The only one different is the, bottom one is screwed in at the bottom (you can still peel the top off though).

Each rubber part its in a ally holder with 3 screws holding it to the roof. The holes are elongated so you can loosten them, and move them out, and re-tighten them.

The door card is easy. There is then a bolt (12mm or 14mm I think) that adjusts where the window mount and brush sits. You can then move the angle.

It's all fairly obvious once you do it.

I'm not mechanic and it was a doddle (like fitting a supercharger, swapping an engine and swapping the roof).

Who did your roof for you, ?

I'd take it back to them.
It had been fitted before I bought it 6 months ago from MrBrightside31.
He wouldn't have noticed cause he always had the hardtop on.
No receipts for the replacement unfortunatley.

I'll have a look at what Bibbs has mentioned and see if I can effect it in anyway, otherwise I'd be open to offers of help/advice as to where to take it for adjustments.

Bibbs did you replace the rubber or just give it a good greasing?

i replaced the roof, and used the original rubbers.

The roof was supplied without the rubber or the ally clips. So i needed to transfer them over.
