I'm at Zurich airport and just found out I left my keys in the office, my car is in Manchester airport, I can get a spare key, but will I trip the alarm with no fob ..... Getting on plane in 30 mins

You need to press the fob to deactivate the alarm and immobiliser

Quick join the AA or RAC! get them to low loader it home and have the keys sent on the next plane by courier.

You can't, the inmobiliser will still be active.

You can ground the inmobiliser wire behind the ecu but that's quite a bit of a job to do without tools...
