New 2004 s2000 2.2i for the UK?
I am interested in buying a new 2004 s2000 2.2. Does anybody know whether this car will be coming to the UK in the near future or if importing a right hand drive uk spec model is possible.
I have read a few posts that suggest that the 2.2 model is only for the US market (not Japanese). Can anybody confirm this?
Thanks for any help - I am finding it hard to get this type of information

Darius Just get along to Chathams and get yourself a 2004 model pronto - there's not enough s2ki.co.uk contributors in the east of scotland
Most peeps in the UK seem to be glad that Honda has retained the 9000 rpm screamer engine here anyway, so don't feel hard done by by missing out on a 2.2l - there appears to be no power advantage of any significance with the 2.2l.
BTW, if you are really the popstar Darius, shouldn't you be buying a TT, SLK or Boxster

I'm guessing that Honda hasn't had the F22C approved for EU3 emissions. Cheaper to just get it certified for the US. It's possible that Honda will release the F22C engine here in the future, but for now at least the F22C is US market only.

Is this technically feasible, and how much of a difference would it make?
