New head unit dash adaptor

Hi all
can i get hold of the modifry or similarly good stereo dash adaptor in the UK?
If not, what is the best place in the US to buy from?

I got mine from Halfords, im happy with it, except the annoying change of radio station situation, which I think happens with all of them
