Hi!
I have just bought an S2000, waiting for delivery from Japan, so don't actually have it yet! Always ben my dream car and don't think I have done too badly getting one at the age of 19!

Had a Ricoh Racing Toyota MR-S before, but due to engine troubles decided it was time to move on. Although the Mrs's is still sitting on the driveway!

The S2000 is slightly damaged, just needs a pull on the jig to straighten it up, new passenger front fender, door to have a couple of dents banged out, new suspension springs and a new set of wheels. So if any of you know where I can get this stuff cheap (and I mean I want good stuff like Tein or Spoon or Eibach etc, but nothing that is going to use my whole annual salary in one go!), then please let me know!

Fussy I know!

The car is blue, and so would like to keep things blue if possible!

here's a pic of the S2000:

and here's a pic of my current MR-S:

Thanks, Kerrie

I assume you got the S at a *very* decent price? Although the damage doesn't look to bad in the pictures, I bet it will take some serious work to get all the panels to line up?

Good luck though with it all and hope it all goes well!

Nice MR2 too. Very "Porschesque"!

Good luck getting it all straight, the S isn't the cheapest car to repair.

What's your insurance bill like at 19?

(although it's actually Monte Carlo Blue, rather than Royal Navy Blue as it says in your profile)

OMG

Do you realise how much that could cost. Most of the damage would be under the car. How do you know the true extent of the damage.

Ooooh, another person looking for uprated suspension - I can sense the group buy possibility getting ever stronger!!

Check out the suspension thread in the final sentence of my sig - an emulsified gas set up from Leda is looking most likely

Congrats on getting your dream, hope it all turns out well.

Did you buy it in the far east from Mr Won Ke Ka That MR-S looks sweeeet, bit like a cross between a boxster and a 911 that's been put on a hot wash cycle.
