Moff, I've had mine for nigh on 18 months and I've got over half a tub of wax left. The car gets waxed once or twice a month during the warmer months and maybe once every other month when it's not quite so warm. I've used up my original supply of leather conditioner and auto-bathe from the starter kit, but they're easily replaced with the Hellfords Zymol versions.

I'd also recommend you get some Field Glaze - it's really good for those times when you don't have the time or inclination to wax the car fully - you can just wash the car, spray it on and then rub it off. Great for quick detailing and gives almost as good a shine as the proper stuff.

The first application is hard work, as you have to HD cleanse before waxing. But after that, it's not too bad.I've found the shine to be very long-lasting - and I can't say I've ever really seen evidence of the supposed yellowing you get from the wax which the Zaino mob bang on about.

I've never used Meguiars, so I can't judge as against that. It's certainly much much better than the Autoglym stuff I used to use though.

Have you considered Zaino? You can`t get it in the UK but it is really good. I can help to sell it to you if you are interested.
