All should be well... assuming the paint colour on the car matchs that on the hard-top. Still, if it doesn't, you can always have it vinyl covered in black to match the soft-top!

Whenever anybody mentions vinyl roofs, all I can think of is Ford Cortinas, Morris Marinas etc.

what exactly is the difference between the GT and the standard s2k, is it only the hardtop? Im from the states and, i haven't even heard of a s2000 GT version. Must be a british only thing i guess.

Yep, its just a bit of clever marketing by Honda UK but nontheless the 'GT' is great value - for an extra

I took delivery of my S2000GT a couple of months ago. The hard top arrived with the dealer (Derek Warwick, Southampton) about a week later, and was "dealer fitted". I have the dealers instructions - just 2 pages of A4, in Japanese, showing fittment of some rubber stops and a sticker.

That figures The installation instructions are on the Honda ESM (Service manual disc) that you really would expect a dealer to have...

Congrats on the new car though and welcome to the board

My Nurburgring Blue arrived on Thursday...... with its hardtop AND stand...... so all ended fine afterall!..... I think the only problem was that two departments at the dealer weren't talking to each other...... I talked to my contact on Thursday am and she said the hardtop still hadn't arrived...... then the car was delivered 2 hours later with everything as it should be!

Just 400 miles to go before VTEC!
