Whatever happens on PH doesn't mean it is right.

At the very least from an insurance/repatriation point of view.

Can the car be identified?

I can't see how it can. And I don't think it has crashed, looks more like it has broken down IMO.

From that picture...possibly. Who knows?

The owner may need repatriating home by his insurer/breakdown recovery.

Given most do not cover the Ring then they could use that pic not to pay out/not to repatriate home/recalaim costs.

An insurance company do not have to prove it to avoid paying-the individual would have to prove it was not their vehicle.
