Default Passenger window stuck down!?

I put the roof down, roof came up fine. Then did windows and passenger is staying down! Tried both buttons! Seperate fuse for both windows? It has no power to it at all doesn't even attempt to go up!

Have you tried depressing the clutch whilst holding the revs at 1250 and holding the switch down for 30 seconds?

How accurate does it have to be at 1250 because it's not working.
