Default Peter our paint man

Ref Ianl's thread: http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.p...threadid=182115

I showed Peter the Lime Green thread in its formative period early this afternoon. Peters view is that he is fully occupied and happy looking after our paintwork and that of some large BMW dealerships. He does not currently want to expand his business so cannot take on private work. He was happy to look and if appropriate repair Ians car given his long standing relationship with Southern Honda/Southern Counties.

In any case, if anybody can pull him away from what he is doing, I would like first option. So far I have failed and I don't expect ever to succeed.

I dare not repeat his comments where he was compared to "Chips Away"!

David

NB: This is not a subliminimal ad. Our ambition is not to become a big player middle man for smart repairs. But if I happen across somebody good who uses the right materials and is looking for private work, I will post. Don't hold your breath.

Thank you

Moor, you know anyone that does alloys without having to send them off? I need to do the S3's.

Sorry afraid not although AlexC reported a good experience with his damaged alloy - here

Looks like Wicked Wheels does cover Nottingham, but I couldn't recommend someone without using them personally, as it might be down to the individual operators skill?

All this talk of damaged alloys is giving me the nervous shakes
