Default Plastic/Glass rear screen replacement
Can you replace a plastic rear screen with a glass one?
And is there much work involved if possible?

Quick answer is no. If you want a glass screen you need a new roof.

And just to explain why:

The screens are different sizes and shapes and the roof itself folds differently (obviously you can't bend a glass screen in half as it folds).
