Poly bushes
I just bought a set.
All my Geo bolts were seized in the bushes. I get the impression that is the norm for the older cars. The rear droplinks are very difficult to remove with out melting the little bushes so consider replacing them as well.
So order new bolts from honda at the same time!
If your doing this job yourself good luck sawing thru those geo bolts.....i have stalled on doing this!

Apparently mine were all seized though...according to Protyre. When I took the S to my friendly local garage, we shifted most of them...perhaps yours will be the same.
I wrote a pretty comprehensive guide on how to tackle polybushing, which should provide some advice. There's a good amount of info at the bottom of the FAQ too.

Get the lot If possible, its a proper PITA job to install them but well worth it. Contact Rob at Garage R he did all mine, and will do it all for a set price.
razzele how you getting on with it?

Before I took my car for geo at C of G I thought it best to remove and grease all my suspension bolts. So as to save there being any problems on the day
Two of my rear suspension bolts were seized ,both on the off side !
So i thought I would try removing them with a brass drift and hammer,before attacking the bolts with cutting equipment. After a few deft blows there was movement, within 10 minutes both bolts were out.
That saved an awful lot of time and effort folks.I inspected the bushes and ended up replacing the control arm {
