Default Powder Coating

I've got a J's racing heat shield - I don't particularly like the finish on it therefore thinking of getting it powder coated or zinc plated or whatever other finishes that you guys may be able to recommend...

Phone numbers would be great...

where in the country? i wouldn't powder coat a heat shield as the powder is only baked at 200 degrees celcius and discolours or chars at temperatures not much above this.

Powder coating might not be the best way to do this. As lower says, the temps it will work at might make a bit of a mess of the coating.

What material is the shield?

That's strange but Rick from the sponsors powder coated his heat shield. I suppose I could have it annodised or something...

The finish is just soo damn bland - I'm just after a better finish with a different colour.
