Nice!

What's with the white socks?
honda have kept the same annoying beep when the keys are in and the door open for 15 years

interesting steering technique.. first a very gentle turn in.. and then a very rapid steering input.. whilst tapping the throttle.. see it best in degner 2

it just looks seamless but it's very deliberate individual inputs..

I can remeber Jackie Stewart saying the the best way to turn in was to start of gentle, become more agressive and then ease off.

Also with braking - start off gentle, then go hard and then be gentle at the end to settle the car.

I practiced it when when I did the Clio Cup series. That last bit of braking should be gentle but enough so that the weight was still over the front wheels so that the tyres bit and you got a positive turn in.

Gentle start, car's weight settles then you begin the turn proper. balance feet input all the time. Proper driving 9/10th's+ technique. As shown by a master.

I think it's just the video quality.. the lap time seems about right.

Some drivers do that so the seams are on the outside so they don't rub as much.

Was told the same in the Army as well for socks.

Goes against logic constantly tapping the throttle mid turn!
