Default problem with washer jets :(

the headlight washers work fine, but when i push the stalk upwards for the windscreen washers, the window wipers go but no water sprays.

i opened the bonnet and tried to spray water again but there is no noise from the pump.

anyone know where the pump is located and is this a common problem?

is it gonna be expensive to fix?

everything is definitely connected, the pump doesn't sound like it's actually pumping water.

If it turns out to be the pump, that's located behind the offside wheel arch. Not a drama to change, just need to remove the wheel arch liner. If it's the fuse, the pump is probably the cause of the fuse blowing and may need changing anyway. IIRC, there is a Halfords one that looks and fits identically to the Honda part.
Good luck.
