Default Problems with Insects

I have a indy yellow S2k, flys and bees and wasps and butterflys and alsorts seems to think its one big sunflower. I parked it in a carpark yesturday for only 2 hours (the weather was quite sunny), when i came back to it, the bonnet was covered, and i do mean COVERED with little green flys, and there was about 5 bees buzzing around it, i walked to the back end of the car and the boot was also covered with flys.

anybody who drives a yellow car and have this problem? is there any product that i could use to let the bees know that its a car and not a sunflower or their queen?

cheers

funny that cause around thirty years ago the uk had an invasion of foreign caterpillars from somewhere, bright green and furry, i came across a car in a car park so completetly covered that it just looked green, i swept some away and the car was yellow underneath!

Buy some Honda Berlina Black paint, and apply liberally to the car. As as by-product of this fix, your cars performance will also increase.

R.

sorry couldnt resist.

Venus fly trap?

It is an issue with yellows, never heard of insect repellant for cars

I remember when I was a kid and my younger brother went out in a yellow T-shirt, when he came back in it was alive with green-fly - completely freaked him out though

I remember the Lady Bird invasion around the late 1970's when they covered everthing. The misses had a little Fiat 500 at the time so we painted it red with white spots and the lady birds completely ignored it!

Poppa Eagle - a Ladybird invasion? Did this really happen?

I was only a nipper at the time so I cannot remember. Did it hit the news?
