I hit something tonight on the A34 and noticed straight away something was wrong. I limped a couple of miles to the services and my left rear had a 1" gash in it and there's a big chunk been taken out of the alloy to boot.

So what chance of me finding an S02 tomorrow morning? Somehow I don't think it's repairable.

Finding an S02 would not be a problem but finding it at the price you want to pay may be.

Where is the damage on the Alloy - do you need another one of those?

To be honest paying even dealer prices is better than me losing a couple of days wages waiting to get one cheap. Do Honda dealers usually stock them?

The alloy is okay I think, just a big chip taken out of it. They're 6 spoke BBS wheels, so not quite so easy to come by a replacement.

There must be lots of tyre centres around Banbury who can order it for you if they are not already stocking them but if you are near Hemel soon let me know as we have a full set of tyres for S2000's.

You'll get one at Bracknell Tyres I reckon. Ring them first thing they may be able to get it on the van before 1pm, or even have it in stock

Or Event Mobile Tyres will come out to you. They have decent prices and special deal for S2KUK members see http://www.s2kuk.com

Must be the day for it. I saw a really nice spankers M3 this morning on the M11 who'd suffered a blown tyre.

The alloy looked b0rked too.

Bracknell or Micheldever will be have some for sure. I've turned up out the blue before and they've had exactly what I needed.

Lucky I looked because I've just discovered my rears are the Porsche tyres. Two new ones then.

If it is a rear you ought to do both.

Different wear on each could give nasty handling!

I know, but they're nearly new so I figured replacing one would be okay. One Porsche tyre and one S2000 tyre might have been a different story.

Hopefully I can get some money for the good one.
