Sounds like Boy Wonder to me. His car is not an 04, but it is very . The exhaust is a Supersprint stainless, and he has an Injen Intake

Forget the headrest speakers. With the new exhaust you'll never hear um :

Second question: Headrest speakers are they any good or are they a waste of money?

Thanks for your help
Roll hoop speakers from Mikey K are better and cheaper than Honda Headrest speakers

Basically it is a frame comprising back-plate and front-plat connected by bolts that sit in the roll hoops. On the face plate you can have any speaker you want as long as it 5.25in. I have JBL 5.25in component (i.e. separate tweeter).

pm mikey k

He has the details in his signature. Photos can be found on my album or mikey ks' album. Find a post by him or me, at the bottom is a button labelled 'album' click on that. Mine is under 'Car Audio'. I think mikey k has his under 'ICE'.

Mike, the fit doesn't look good in any of your photos - do they sit flusher than that?

Oh, and I've got a headache trying to work out what amp you have - the out of focus shot combined with my dodgy eyesight is a dangerous combination!
