Thanks Mikey, - I wanna join the coilover club too, - but cant justify the expense.. - especially as my huge CRT needs replacing - probably with a Panny Viera

What do you use to get rid of the swirl marks, that paint work looks in good condition. Mine's starting to look a bit aged, I tried Meguiars three stage polish which did a great job and really bought the 'colour' back up but didn;t get rid of all of the harilijne scratches. Cheers

There wasn't much in the way of swirl marks when I brought the car.. - mainly because the bloke before me (since new) and myself now, always hand wash it using the two-bucket method with sheep wool mitts or such like.

To get rid of the scratches you describe you'll need to get it machine polished... - unless someone here has any other suggestions, - maybe ask on detailingword forum.

My paintwork is far from perfect though, and could probably benefit do with a machine polish also
