Aaah sorry to see mate, just all your effort into ensuring the inurance company a fair amount and get yourself another!

They will more than likely low-ball you, so just get onto auto trader andpiston heads n find some adverts as levy to haggle them back up.

HTH, all the best & glad youre OK.

What makes you think you had a 'blow out'? How fast were you going? Obvioulsy fast enough to ricochet off both sides of the tunnel. Standing water would suggest hydroplaning to me ( which would probably have about the same feeling of loss of control as a sudden blow out with the same result) rather than a 'blow out'. Sorry to hear and glad your ok. Looks like there might be some good parts on the car if you were to buy it from the insurance company with your payout. All may not be lost!!! Notwithstanding your 'rule', my guess is that you will be back.

Walked away with minor injuries, car is an absolute wreck. Insurance companies have already written it off.

So gutted about this, and dealing with these insurance companies is the worst process ever. Especially when its your first ever crash/claim and dont know what your doing.

Anyway, after 2 years of owning the car, I cant stress how much I'm going to miss it.

Not nice to see - but you are OK which is the main thing. Dont forget to sort your plate retention in you dealings with the insurance companies.

Ouch! not a nice place to get a blow out.

Are you going to get another one to replace it?

sorry to hear about the crash-glad you're OK. Looks like you had a proper collision with the tunnel!

with the number of crashes this time of year I can start to see why the S2000 is a group 20 car!
