I left work last night to find someone had left a leaflet on my windscreen for some kind of "cannon ball run" thingy.

Have any of you heard of this event?

If so why on earth are they charging

 

I guess it's to stop just anybody turning up

I would love to do one of these, but as you say a bit steep

 

It looks like it would be soooo much fun. It's got posh hotel rooms etc. Another thing to do when I win the lottery.... should really start doing the lottery!

 

Usually the fees are for very plush hotels, fancy food and ferry tickets.. but in this case given that itinery I reckon they should be providing fuel and tyres and insurance and a holiday for two in Barbados!

Bit steep - take their itinery and organise it yourself You'll have as much fun and save a few
