Default Radio code / serial code?

I'm struggling to get the radio code for my MY03 S2K

I have given the Honda dealer my Reg., Chassis & serial code which is found
on the White sticker on the unit its self but they said the serial number is too
short??

Apparently this is common that an incomplete number is put on the sticker
and what you have to do is press 1 and 6 on the radio keypad to get the
serial number to appear on the LCD......

I've done this and can only get 3 numbers up... da man in de dealer say no
good!!! You need a longer number!

Now... I've been told that there is another way of getting the serial number to
appear on the LCD by a series of key pressing??

Does anyone know how to do this?? Dealer wants

When we were at the Institute they told us they record all the numbers in their database which i think the dealer can ask to access.

Lloyd Six, what is the makers name on the radio unit?
It is either Alpine, Pioneer, Panasonic or maybe another one begining with B.

If you pm me your contact number I will call you this afternoon and see what I can do however if it is the last manufacturers you would need to remove the radio and get the number off the chassis.

Look in your owners manual pack, sometimes there is a card in there with it on

Looked in there and the service book, no joy

The stereo I have got could of been out of one of two cars...

He`s a good chap!
