I'm sure it was Shiskine that told me but using a small section of sponge to apply 303 a little at a time and layering it up gives a very good result. Mines was nice and black and healthy looking and didn't run in the rain although the roof looked a little funny the first few times it rained I will admit.

it does look good with the 303 but when it rains it runs off down all the windows. its a nightmare to get off!

I tend to think that pictures don't tend to show up the difference.

I am forever seeing threads of a gleaming S2K that looks exactly like all other gleaming S2Ks.

I know that Zaino/Zymoel makes S2Ks darker (reds & silvers), but one can only really see it in the metal.

I'll give it a try, though.

The roof is nearly always folded, so the window sees no UV
