Nor does it have a tilt steering wheel.

Yeah, all 03 spec but they have painted the lip on the rear bumper.
My concern would be its wheel alignment, difficult to say by photos but they do look out as in one on one side further back than the other?

Rear lip is colour-coded on my 03 GT and I thought that was odd on first viewing. But having checked loads of cars of the same age I think you'll find these were factory colour-coded on 03/53 model before the face-lift.
