Rear end drift under acceleration
I would like some help from those who know more about these things than myself.
I noticed last night driving home from work that when dropping down through the gears an uneven "twitch" of the rear of the car was happening. When dropping gears at high revs I do know that a twitch does occur but this felt uneven and always off to one side.
This morning I am sure it is still happening. Also under acceleration in a straight line (no need to VTEC) the car feels like it drifts to the left and when I lift off the throttle it pulls back in to line.
Can you help with possible causes and concerns that I should have please. Thank you for you help.

Accurate suspension alignment, accurate tyre pressures, the correct tyres and a smooth driving technique (preferably heel and toeing changes) are essential to driving the S2000 quickly and safely.
Do a few searches on the above and eliminate the obvious.
It is a known problem to some owners, so good luck.

Thanks for the replies so fast.
I will check the tyre pressures tonight. The change from normal driving feeling to to a "drifting" rear end really happened in a 20 mile drive home from work; so it could be i have picked up a puncture.
How can the LSD get damaged or get out of adjusment? The car was only just serviced 10 days ago by Honda and has had an easy time since. Could they have notice a worn LSD you think?

I experienced this.............
Left Rear 32psi
Right REar 18psi
Due to the stiff side walls it wasn't apparent that I had a slow puncture.....
The car was literally changing lanes on the motorway with modulation of the throttle and little or no steering input
I'd say the pressures were the most likely explanation

Yes TIRE PRESSURE was the answer!
I checked last night to find the head of a large nail in the left rear tyre (the rear tyres are only 14 days old!). All will be sorted out tonight.
Thank you for all your advise, seems you were spot on. Tire pressures at the rear were 35 and 16 for your information.
