I'm looking at getting a new aftermarket front bumper around the £300 mark. I've looked through threads but can't see any solid info about fitting. A lot of the sites say it needs to be fitted by a professional - question is, do they come ready to fit, bolt on/straight swap sort of thing. I saw some horror pics of huge gaps where they didn't fit and had to be modified by a bodyshop, cutting/fibreglass etc.
Also, does anyone have a recommendation for which site to use and what quality to get - will I even get a decent fibreglass one in my budget? I would also consider a bodykit as I need a passenger front wing (deer/country road near miss).

I've looked for a standard replacement but to be honest, most look in poorer condition than mine is now and they're still asking upwards of £200.
Whatever I opt for, it'll need spraying - so if anyone has good, reasonably priced bodyshop recommendations as well preferably in the Norfolk/Suffolk area (though I would travel within reason for a good one).

Well that Amuse one is £640.76 without shipping! I have the Amuse front lip which came with mine, (I believe it is real?) it is fibreglass so doesn't take scrapes very well!

I am also interested in seeing a list of UK suppliers for body parts!
