Default Reducing wind with the roof down

Driving around with the roof down over the past few days has been great but at motorway speeds for over 2 hours the amount of wind and air disturbance in the cabin has started to annoy me (although worth mentioning that the amp for the stereo has been well worth while )

I saw a MX5 and a Z3 with thin big plastic clear sheets between the two seats; they looked pretty substantial compared to the small wind deflector on the S.

Anybody know if you can get these for the S, or a bigger screen?

yes muz does tall ones, as do ricks. Direct replacement screen in the OEM bracket or standalone.

use bracket: http://www.ricks2k.com/products/aero.php
standalone: http://www.prestigeautoaccessories.com/sto...products_id=120

also for a cheap fix chk out the major havocs as they do make a difference to the back of your neck! http://www.ricks2k.com/products/aero.php#H...estWindBlockers

quite a few larger aero screen options, check out some of the site adverts. E.g. http://www.prestigeautoaccessories.com/sto...bd7f845f40221f8 a few have made larger versions themselves too.

Try installing the toneau cover, it will cut the wind noise drastically.

Do the higher aeroscreens really help much with the wind, in comparison to a stock one?

Apparently putting a piece of clear vinyl in the headrest holes helps a little too.

Full aeroscreen does reduce the amount of turbulent air in the cabin, have had mine fitted of a couple of months and it has also reduced the amount of nagging from wife about hair damage.
