Does the bigger remote still work the alarm then?

My S is a Sept 02, and you get a standard remote (that doesn't work the Honda UK immobiliser), plus 2 Honda UK fob alarm fobs (where you have to partake in the double press lottery).

I only have one fob for my car (Euro import), it has 3 buttons, a big lock button and a smaller unlock and boot release. No red light. Hold the boot release down for one second and it pops up, just like it says in the handbook.

That is also the same remote you get with an 04

one big button at the top which is lock and alarm

then unlock and alarm

then boot release

Ditto Mike.

You're right, the grey key is the valet key - it opens the doors and runs the engine, but doesn't open the boot or the centre console.

In all the cr@p that comes with the car was a little leaflet that also talked about a red master key. Anyone got one of these?

I'll take some fob pics tonight, i've only got two fobs and no plastic key, one slightly larger than the other. Both work everything but only the larger one opens the boot with a double open plip.
