Default Removing cd changer

Does anyone know an easy way to remove the bracket for the cd changer
It appears to be held in by 2bolts and a clip
The two bolts come out no problem at all but that fin clip...
It is metal completely flat and is the third anchor point ( so awkward to get at)
Any help or advice greatly appreciated before I rip a hole in the boot

Not sure if yours is the same but the 2 bolts removed fine, the 3rd was screwed through the boot floor with the nut actually under the car.

I did this a couple of days ago. The two from inside the boot are straight forward as you've discovered. The third is a round headed bolt. The nut on the other side of this can be accessed fairly easily from underneath the car - no need to jack the car up or remove the exhaust, but the silencer will get in your way slightly, and you need a suitably sized socket/ratchet/extension to make it easy for yourself.

The nut on mine sheared off after a couple of turns.

Belated Thanks chaps
Undoing the bolt while lying on the road with cars whizzing past my head was "exciting" to say the least

Mine too sheared. Still, saved a lot of turning
