Default Replacement filter....

Anyone found a UK supplier for the s2k K&N replacement filter?? - part no. e-2435

Found a few places US based, but wondered if anyone knew anywhere else? - try and avoid the dreaded duty

I had hoped that the 2002 Demon Tweeks catalogue might have had it listed but I couldn't see it Why not look into getting a JR (? hope that's right) one from France - no duty there

Equally Tif, i could get a K&N from Europe somewhere.........to be honest i'm not massively bothered which i get......Brian has the JR i think and Nigel has the K&N so both are supposed to be good drop in replacements.

Will investigate EU distributors tomorrow i think....

Kinnor services at www.filterpower.com can get you one. I enquired about the same filter and they said that it is only sold in the states. They can get it though and it costs around the fifty quid mark (special order). Email them because the filter is not on there lists.

I do have the JR, and I've seen Nigel's K&N. The JR has a bellmouth, probably giving smootehr airflow, while the K&N has a sharp lip. The stock filter also has a bellmouth, but it's a much smaller radius that the JR.

I like the JR - I think it's a slightly better product for the S2000 than the K&N. I don't think either make any pwoer to speak of, but they are cleanable, filter well, last forever, and certainly filter better when dirty than the stock paper one.
