Replacing the diff
Does changing the final drive make much difference?
I find that at motorway speeds, the revs are already pretty high. (3900 @ 70 if memory serves) With a lower ratio final drive, surely this would be even higher?

Replacing the diff should take no more than an hour but it is common for the bolts that connect the drive shaft to the diff to snap. I think 2 were snapped when my diff was replaced. I think I still have a spare bolt at home.

After driving the car for a bit I decided that I am sticking with the 4.625 final drive
