I will never buy LED's again.

I went through 3 pairs of sidelughts in 10-12 months, a complete load of rubbish.

Yep, they look better than the yellow normal bulb glow, but they are useless.

I have gone back to the OEM sidelights which work perfectly.

Last weekend i fitted LEDs as a rear marker light to the original units, subtle but nice.Easy to wire and easy to remove if not wanted.Used 2 LEDs per side.

I got the silver indicator bulbs and they sent me the wrong led's so put in indicator bulbs then when correct led's came put them in then a few weeks later led's fail so put the orignal back in

The silver indicator bulbs do work well and look

No holes there aleady, but there is a marked 'circle' where i believe the US models fit a bulb.

The LEDs i used are red 'push in' type which already accept a 12V feed so no need for resistors .Just needed to drill a 8mm hole which take seconds, and the head of the LED just pushes snuggly in the unit hole, then neatly connect the LED wires to the rear side light power. It takes longer to remove the rear light unit and you can also give the panels behind a bit of a clean.
