Default Ricks Header

Went to ALM this morning to have my new header fitted.

Well it doesn't look a lot different as it is well covered up by the heatshield.
Certainly feels different though and the old one weighs a bloody ton in comparison.

Apparently is was a complete barstool of a job as all the bolts had seized the car is only 18 months old.

The car feels a little more responsive and seems to get up to speed a little quicker. Hard to tell of the 'butt-dyno' though and lets face it I would say it felt better having spent xxx on it.

Heatshield seems fine. I must say although it ALM ages to fit they do seem to have done a cracking job.

I can't really hear the difference like some people have said they could.

I've just asked out internal people to arrange somewhere local as I'm struggling to find anywhere to stay.

They quoted me for one hour then took three and billed me for two. Which seemed reasonable. They also had to replace all the bolts..... although didn't bill me for them. Good of them Doesn't bode well for all the other bolts mind.....

My dealer had a hell of a job fitting my manifold. Took them a few hours just to get the OEM manifold off.
