Default Rocker cover question

If you are stood in front of the car with bonnet up looking at rocker cover... There is a screw in the far top left corner missing do you know if this should be a ground/earth/shield ?

Thanks

Got a photo? If it's a rocker cover bolt, I've got a couple kicking around that you can have...

My '56 is like that too. I asked my local Honda dealer and was told that nowt was missing and I think from memory they said it was possibly just a fixing point or something for getting the engine in/out.
