Rolling....
It would be the same as rolling it with the roof up. There is nothing more protecting you than a 2 mill cloth roof. You might get a bit dirtier and scratched if you rolled through a hedge, but the roll protection comes from the windcreen and rear roll hoops.

I remember one particularly horrendous one in tne US on The Dragon Run where an S went down a bank/ borderline cliff and landed upside down on a hard rock surface. The roof was down at the time, and the driver was unscathed, It's probably about 3 years ago, but someone will remember it I'm sure. There were loads of pics about at the time, also a video of the S spinning out just before a bend , leaving the road and going airborne!
Protection comes from the A-post not the windscreen (being pedantic I know
) as well as the Roll bars.
On some of the new convertibles in the market there are also a couple of thick metal spikes that fire out of the rear of the car behind the roll hoops/bars.
